MY STORY

The degree of Post Graduation in Advertising & Public Relations from MICA, Ahmedabad, 4 years of job as an Event Conceptualizer, and 11 years of theatres and arts were not quenching my thirst of Learning. I knew this was not helping me find my purpose. And what could be a better purpose than serving others?

The sense of uplifting others needed much more than degrees and jobs. Thankfully, I grew up in a family of seekers and meditators.

Whatever hardship life gave, all my answers came as blessings through Meditation and Art.

Everything was happening as destined, a flourishing job, wedding bells, and my search for purpose were all going hand in hand. That is when I decided to go on a solo trip to Bodh Gaya, Bihar, the land of "Buddha's Awakening".

Sitting and meditating under 'Bodhi Tree' took me to another realm.

Letting me know my purpose. To serve through Mindfulness & Art.

With rigorous efforts exploring the spiritual aspects of, Movement, Yoga, Meditation, Writing, Painting and Acting, I developed a "Holistic" approach of physical, mental, emotional & spiritual well-being.

A program of being a "better version" of yourself.

WHY MINDFULNESS?

Mindfulness improves well-being.

Increasing your capacity for mindfulness supports many attitudes that contribute to a satisfied life. Being mindful makes it easier to savor the pleasures in life as they occur, helps you become fully engaged in activities, and creates a greater capacity to deal with adverse events.

Mindfulness improves physical health.

If greater well-being isn’t enough of an incentive, scientists have discovered that mindfulness techniques help improve physical health in a number of ways. Mindfulness can: help relieve stress, treat heart disease, lower blood pressure, reduce chronic pain, improve sleep, and alleviate gastrointestinal difficulties.

Mindfulness improves mental health.

In recent years, psychotherapists have turned to mindfulness meditation as an important element in the treatment of a number of problems, including: depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, couples’ conflicts, anxiety disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Pankhuri helped me relax by releasing stress and grab a happy memory with her guided meditation combined with foot and hand reflexology. It was a 45 minutes session and was totally rejuvenating. In my opinion while we go for a body massage that help destress our body, we also need to take care of our mind with therapies that cleanse our mind and soul.
